Beginning in 2020, vacation and wellness will transition to a paid time off (PTO) plan, which means expanded time off based on years of service. For example, employees will earn 3 weeks of PTO after only 2 years of service and can roll over up to 40 hours per year! And following 90 days of employment, full time employees are granted up to 40 hours of Paid Parental Leave following the birth of the employee’s child or adoption of a child.
