For the fourth year in a row, GLG has earned a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmark of corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The HRCF has honored GLG with the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion, alongside some of the world’s top businesses.

GLG CEO Paul Todd, Head of APAC Rama Adaikalavan, and CFO Martijn Tel led a series of fireside chats with GLGers in Mumbai and Sydney, alongside local leaders Paul Simkiss, Puneet Gosain, and David Anderson.
