Rebecca Swift at the Gender & Growth Policy Forum 2019. Chatham House (thinktank and originator of 'Chatham House Rules') hosted The Gender and Growth Policy Forum this week. The objective of the Forum is to develop a series of actionable policy recommendations for the next G20 summit (but also for the private sector and civil society). It followed the 2019 G20 declaration on 29th June 2019 that all leaders would support girls' and women's education and training and raise awareness to eliminate gender stereotypes. Rebecca was invited to discuss influencing cultural change and the role that imagery can play in effecting this, especially around the #ShowUs collaboration with Dove. The panel was a great success, with one octagenarian ex motorsport photographer standing after the talk and stating that "this is the most important thing we have heard today!"
