“As of February, I’ve been here for 11 years. I started out as a Cashier working about 15 hours a week. After a couple of years, I was offered the Car Wash Lead position. In 2015, the Manager at this location retired, and I ended up going through the Store Leader Training Program. I’ve been in this position ever since.
