HILLS Holiday Party 2025 was one for the books! 🎊 Our HILLS Team from every market came together in Dayton for a full day of fun at On Par in Beavercreek. Karaoke, mini golf, bowling, pool, good eats and darts made it unforgettable. One of our core values is United, and you could feel it in every moment. There is something special about bringing the entire HILLS Team together to celebrate. This summer at our annual forum, we focused on connection, reflection—and giving back. 💙 Our HILLS team assembled and donated 50 brand-new bikes to Reach Out Lakota, supporting children and families in the West Chester & Liberty Township communities. 🚲 Reach Out Lakota provides vital food and clothing resources through the power of community support—and we’re honored to be part of that mission. What a fantastic time we had at our HILLS Holiday Party last month! 🎉 We gathered the whole HILLS team—from our corporate office to our site teams—at Fowling Warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio, for a celebration full of fun and laughter. A highlight of the event was bringing our HILLS Unite teams together in person. HILLS Unite is a program where our tenure associates and newer team members come together to chat about personal and professional goals, share interests, and get to know each other better. It’s a great way to build connections across all areas of HILLS and create a unified team spirit.
