We are thrilled to introduce the Harbor Group Management Company Columbus Outreach Committee! The committee is a sister entity to the Harbor Group Charitable Foundation, which recently made a grant to the Linden Ohio Stable Families Program. It was formed to give HG team members the opportunity to support charitable causes by participating in volunteer projects around the Columbus region, where we have a large footprint. Their very first event with the local YMCA was a huge success! They handed out warm coats to their neighbors in need, spreading warmth and kindness throughout the community.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship Program (MTAP), a structured, hands-on learning experience over 10 weeks for individuals who are eager to expand their skills and gain valuable expertise in their chosen field. We are committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our apprentices by offering them a clear path to career advancement after completion of the program. MTAP represents a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering talent development and providing exceptional growth opportunities for our employees.
