Harris recently completed a crane lift of a roof top unit (RTU) for a customer. The upgrade included replacing a 40-ton RTU, along with a full BAS upgrade to the building and installing Telemetry. With Telemetry installed, we will be able to proactively monitor and “score” the HVAC equipment to help identify areas of improvement and potential equipment issues.

Harris recently finished the plumbing scope for the Bellagio Hotel room remodel. This included the disconnection, demolishing and disposing of all existing plumbing fixtures and associated plumbing for more than 2,500 rooms amongst 24 floors and replacing with new fixtures.
