Northwest Hospital is caring for our communities through its Allied Health partnership with Baltimore County Public Schools. Leaders from both organizations met at the hospital recently to review plans for the 2023 school year and share some of the program’s success stories. 👏 👏 👏 Students from Randallstown High School and Northwest Academy of Health Sciences spend eight months in the hospital learning firsthand about careers in healthcare. After graduation, the high school students can apply for entry level positions at the hospital. The middle school students at Northwest Academy continue their training at the hospital also with the goal of pursuing careers in healthcare. 🏥 📚 Leaders from Northwest Hospital, LifeBridge Health and Baltimore County Schools discussed the future of the partnership outlining plans for collegebound graduates and student scholarships. 🎓 A new cohort of students began training at Northwest a few weeks ago.
