With the acquisition of Neon Local Apartments, MG Properties Group has entered the Colorado market! The 238-unit community offers a beautiful luxury product in a highly sought after Denver neighborhood. The Company is excited about the new addition to the portfolio and is projected for continued growth going into the fourth quarter.
MG Properties Group is expanding its presence in Arizona! The Company recently added two new properties to its portfolio in the Phoenix area, The Retreat Apartments (480 units) and Centra Apartments (223 units). These recent additions have created wonderful career opportunities for current employees as well as opportunities for new individuals to join our growing team. With half of the year left, MG Properties Group is targeting additional acquisitions in various states across the West Coast.
Last week, MG Properties Group expanded its presence in the Inland Empire with the acquisition of The District Apartment Homes! The 352 unit property is a value-add opportunity that will include interior renovations and enhancing common areas. The company now owns and manages over 21,000 units and is continually seeking opportunities in new and existing markets.
Congratulations to all of our promotions, anniversaries, and winners! We headed into 2021 with our annual Leadership Conference and virtual awards ceremony. We were excited to acknowledge multiple employee milestones and outstanding performers from 2020. Over 40 employees were recognized for promotions and we highlighted long term employees reaching their 5,10, and 15 year anniversaries. This was a true testament to the culture and values that we strive to achieve each year. We look forward to celebrating next year in person!

With a new and changing environment, we are excited to announce our portfolio has grown! Located in the Vancouver/Portland area, MG Properties Group acquired the beautiful 179 unit community, Hearth Apartments. This brings the total number of apartment homes owned and managed by MG Properties Group to over 21,900 units!
