Nova's Experts in their Field! On October 15, 2015, Andrew Calise, Nova's Strategic Energy Group Manager, presented a talk en-titled Trends and Opportunities: Risk Management in Green Building to the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society of Maine. The focus of the discussion was some of the means by which today's real estate stakeholders manage risk related to rising and volatile utility expenses. Mr. Calise presented common strategies in the new construction process as well as for existing buildings.
