OrthoCarolina named Charlotte's "Healthiest Employer" For the third straight year, OrthoCarolina has been named Charlotte's "Healthiest Employer" by the Charlotte Business Journal in the "Large Business" category. With an Index Score of 93.60, OC outperformed the next closest company by nearly 10 points and earned the highest Index Score of any company in any category! The average National Index Score was 58.76. Each category winner will move on to the National Healthiest Employer Event (known as the H100), which is held in Chicago on September 20.
