Please register at: bit.ly/43GUFmn Positions Available: Housing Services Case Managers Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, Criminology or Social Welfare, Child Development, or other relevant fields especially with regards to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) homelessness and vulnerable populations and/or social services. Required Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations and at-risk youth in a public or private child welfare social services setting and/or specific experience working with Transitional Age Youth (TAY) and homeless population.
