We’re proud to share that our Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director, Dr. Anand Deshpande, has been honored with the Ananya Sanman award by Zee Media Corporation Limited (Zee 24 Taas} for his outstanding contributions to the IT industry and for supporting entrepreneurs in India through his non-profit organization, the deAsra Foundation. He was presented this award by the President of the Nationalist Congress Party, Sharad Pawar, in the presence of esteemed dignitaries at a grand ceremony recently held at the Yashwantrao Chavan Center in Mumbai. Congratulations, Anand, for this recognition!
We have unveiled a state of the art 5G lab to enable operators, network equipment vendors, and Communications, Media and IOT ISVs to share best practices and deploy faster to monetize 5G solutions. The lab provides a setup to accomplish end-to-end industry use cases in the areas of multi-cloud orchestration, Open-RAN, MEC, IOT, and more. It was an absolute honor to have Matt Price, Vice President, IoT Engineering and Operations, and Chandragupta Ganguly, Sr. Director at Cisco inaugurating the 5G lab. This lab brings together Persistent's ecosystem of flagship Network OEMs, ISVs, and Application Providers along with market-leading open-source solutions providing a multi-vendor 5G test environment.

We’re delighted to share that we laid the foundation of our second campus in Nagpur at MIHAN SEZ. This is the biggest land parcel we’ve acquired, spanning 13.5 acres, which will have a seating capacity for 3,000 employees. We conducted a Bhoomi Poojan to commemorate the groundbreaking for this site in the presence of Dr. Anand Deshpande and other leaders of the company. This facility will have all the amenities our employees need to innovate, rejuvenate and scale the company to new heights. Here’s a glimpse of the ceremony.
We’re excited to share that we have opened yet another office in Pune, Ramanujan, situated in Hinjewadi, as we expand further to fuel our next phase of growth.
