Professional Case Management (PCM) is actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on this current health crisis, we have convened a COVID-19 task force to address any concerns our clients and caregivers face as we navigate through this unprecedented time together. Our priority is to protect our clients, caregivers and the communities in which we serve. PCM has instituted a set of business continuity plans to enable all of our employees to continue to do their jobs during this pandemic. Our caregivers have received specific instructions on how to safely provide our home care clients with the care that they are entitled to. They have also been instructed on what the symptoms of this virus are and if they are showing any signs of symptoms, to stay home and call our staffing office to find a replacement. Our Staffing Team is working around the clock to ensure that we have healthy, qualified, available caregivers to provide care to all of our clients.
