Join us in congratulating Una, OR RN, who is celebrating her 20th work anniversary with Spring Valley Hospital! 👏 🎉 UNA joined Spring Valley Hospital on our OR team in 2003 and participated in the first surgical procedure. During her #LifeAtVHS career, she was recognized as a March of Dimes Perioperative Nurse of the Year, served as a circulator, preceptor, relief charge nurse, and staff RN, and is experienced in several surgical specialties. She has enjoyed participating in growing programs, challenging her skills, and connecting with her coworkers, patients, and physicians. Una has stayed so long simply because she loves working with her team and stated, “Every day is my joy.” Thank you for 20 years of exceptional patient care, Una. We appreciate all you do! 💙
Congratulations to Brian, Respiratory Therapist, celebrating his 20th Workaversary with Spring Valley Hospital in September! 🎉 Brian started working as a respiratory therapist in 1995, joined Valley Hospital in 2003, and transferred to Spring Valley Hospital in 2007. He appreciates the challenge of caring for high-acuity patients and greatly enjoys working with his team. His Director stated it best, “Brian is the type of RT that anticipates the needs of others, is proactive in his clinical and interdisciplinary engagement, and is someone that new and seasoned respiratory therapists can learn from.” Thank you for your 20 years of expertise and caring for our patients, Brian! 💙
