All retailers want their customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience while at their store; if not, it will discourage that consumer from returning. Security personnel on-site will make visitors and store employees feel more at ease by deterring theft, handling a hazardous situation and delivering a watchful eye. Retail security services can entail an officer on foot, in a patrol car, or a combination of the two. Learn more about retail security services in this article and ensure your shopping center is ready for the holiday season. #RetailSecurity #SecurityServices #CorporateSecurity #SecurityCompany #ShoppingCenterSecurity #SunstatesSecurity #LossPrevention #CustomerService #SecurityTraining ##SecurityPersonnel #HolidayShopping #ShoppingCenterSecurity #ShoppingCenter #RetailCenter #SecurityOfficer #SecurityGuard

Charlotte Senior Operations Manager Kim Kitchings awards Officer Manny Arias for his heroic act when he found a gun in the bathroom at his workplace and called the police. The person who left the weapon returned for it, but Officer Arias followed proper protocol and would not allow the person to go back into the facility until the police arrived. As a result, the person who had the gun was not the legal owner and was later arrested and banned from the property. Kudos to Officer Arias for a fantastic job of observance, reporting, and following protocol. The client and the tenants on the property always feel safe when Officer Arias is on shift, and they genuinely value the attention he gives to his duties. #EmployeeRecognition #EmployeeAppreciation #GreatWork #SecurityOfficer #SecurityServices #SecurityCompany #SecurityPersonnel #SunstatesSecurity #CorporateSecurity #CharlotteNC #ChartlotteBusienss #CharlotteSecurity #SecurityGuards
