Security Officer Mark Majors was recently recognized as April’s Security Officer of the Month for Nashville, TN. Officer Majors, while on duty, was alerted by housekeeping of running water coming from one of the floors above. Without hesitation, Officer Majors went to investigate further. After examination, he determined the excessive amounts of water came from a leaking toilet line, and it quickly started to puddle up. Officer Majors turned off the water valve to stop water from flowing. The Head Maintenance Engineer at the site stated, “I want to give a big shout out to Mark at the desk, we had a broken water line that was reported by night housekeeping and Mark had the wits about him to run up there and turn off the valve to the toilet stopping a bad situation becoming a very horrible one. Last week, President Glenn Burrell visited sites in our Mid-Atlantic region. One of Glenn’s stops included a high-rise building in Wilmington, DE. At this location, Sunstates officers perform specialized functions such as concierge, security receptionist, badging associate, and more. Sunstates works with many property management teams to ensure building tenants and guests receive excellent service. At this specific location, Officer Tiffani O’Domski and Site Supervisor Karen Smith do just that. Tiffani has been with Sunstates for over two years, while Karen is new to the team. Both do an outstanding job and are delightful, enthusiastic employees.
