With 4 ½ years in the industry, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership, ensuring projects are completed with both precision and purpose. "I love my job because it's where all my passion comes together. My 4 years in materials taught me the importance of quality and precision, and my ½ year as a Project Manager has allowed me to grow into a true leader. I enjoy managing the financial side, but what inspires me the most is the people. Every project is a challenge, and every challenge is a chance to guide, support, and bring out the best in my team. For me, being a project manager isn't just about finishing jobs, it's about building people, building trust, and building a better community."
