At The Knot Worldwide, we work year-round to foster an inclusive environment where our entire community feels seen, valued, and celebrated. Pride Month is an opportunity to further celebrate our incredible LGBTQ+ community through dedicated programming. In addition to sharing community stories and education across our community of couples and pros, last week, we hosted Born This Way, Built Together panel for our employees featuring James Abel, Jay Riether, and Riley Glenn, moderated by Caroline Buras and Melissa Masullo, exploring the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals in the wedding industry and the role we all play in creating a welcoming environment for every couple. We want to thank our incredible wedding pros for joining us for this important conversation and we look forward to continuing the dialogue year round.
