U.S. Electrical Services (USESI) signs 3 High School graduating seniors to their S.T.E.P. program! (Sales and Operations Training & Education Program). USESI welcomes 2 students from Woodland H.S. and 1 from Wilcox Technical H.S. into our STEP training program. The students will be graduating next week and have officially signed on with USESI. They are a welcomed addition to the U.S. Electrical Services family. They were joined by their school Career Advisors who partnered with USESI hiring managers and assisted and supported each of them through the pre-employment process. The U.S. Electrical Services S.T.E.P program is a Sales & Operations Training & Education Program. The program gives trainees a path to STEP into a role or STEP up from their current role to another position.
