This has been an unprecedented year, but we continue to focus on providing a great corporate culture centered around our people. This month, we are recognizing World Mental Health Day by elevating a focus on mental wellness for the entire month. Yesterday, we kicked off a new monthly series titled ‘Mindfulness Mondays’ offering virtual guided meditation to employees, provided by our friend Victoria Pearson in the United Kingdom. Over 200 participants from around the globe started their week with a thoughtful meditation to let go of unwanted thoughts. Another example of how we are building a culture #wherepeoplematter.

This month we launched a global walking challenge for team members to promote good health and fitness around the world. Employees across our geographies are walking 5500 steps daily leading to 10,000 steps by the end of the month.
