Yesterday, we officially kicked off our Runway to Revenue Accelerator Program, created in partnership with Fifteen Percent Pledge to fuel the growth of women‑owned fashion brands. Over the next 12 weeks, participating founders will gain access to mentorship from members of the VS&Co executive team, retail‑focused education, and strategic guidance, designed to help them scale with purpose and confidence. By investing in women entrepreneurs, we’re championing innovation and strengthening a growing ecosystem of women‑led businesses. Throughout the program, founders will collaborate closely with internal leaders and industry experts to refine their business strategies and prepare to pitch for grant funding, advancing our commitment to women and their long-term success in retail.
