But, in the same way our employees help build the company, customers do too –– and should have a say in how Wise is built and run. We’re publishing our UK Gender Pay Gap figures. We know that better diversity means stronger, more experienced teams, as well as a more relevant product for our customers. And we want to leave no-one behind on our journey to money without borders, for everyone. While we’ve made progress, there’s still work to do
