In last week's third-quarter earnings we reported consolidated financial results that exceeded the high end of our guidance. We're making progress toward our vision of an integrated transaction experience! Having a well-capitalized business that produces operating cash flow gives us an advantage in navigating the choppiness of the housing market. We’re pressing the accelerator by investing in our five growth pillars: touring, financing, seller solutions, enhancing our partner network and integrating our services. Flexible work at Zillow represents a way of working that's designed to meet the needs of our employees. A 2021 survey of 1000 Zillow employees uncovered that the rise of remote work has led to a positive shift in how employees are spending their time that was once occupied by frenzied mornings and stressful commutes. Many pre-pandemic norms have been replaced with habits that are leading to healthier and happier lives. In January of 2020, 94.5% of our employees lived within 50 miles of a Zillow office - fast forward to October 2022 and you'll find that only 67.4% of Zillow employees live with 50 miles of a Zillow office.

Zillow was recently named one of 10 apps that defined a generation in the Google Play store! Congrats to our teams for this recognition. Since our inception, we’ve focused on building and delivering an experience for our customers that solves their pain points when it comes to renting, buying or selling a home. Putting our customers first is in our DNA and we’ve become a part of people’s everyday lives and vocabulary as a result. Considering there are more than 2 million apps and games for people around the world to choose from in the Google Play store, this is really great validation that the work we do here matters.

We strongly support our employees’ right to make health care choices that are right for them, and we will continue to do so. Our health benefits cover a wide range of reproductive health care services — including abortion, whether patient-elected, medically necessary, or both. And, effective June 1, we have updated our health plan to reimburse up to $7,500 each time significant travel is necessary to access health care, including reproductive services or gender-affirming care. Moving forward, we will continue to ensure our coverage includes safe access to reproductive health care.
