"Had to wait 90 days before any PTO kicked in and even after that it was difficult to get the local management to approve the time off, unless you were friends with the Ops Manager."

The Good: Very nice variety and reasonable costs with their medical and dental plans. 3 weeks of PTO (vacation and sick) accrued per year. Long-term disability, as well as the usual pre-tax medical savings accounts.
The Bad: Medical benefits don't start for a perplexing 2-3 months for new employees. The 401k has basic matching, but doesn't vest a dime until you've been with the company for 4 years.

Benefits only for full time employees. Part time employees can get short term disability if injured in job but the process takes an extremely long time. Part time gets paid sick time, but you can only actually use it if you go home sick or call in sick, you can't cash it out. Every week you get a fraction of an hour of sick time that accumulates. You get very insignificant differential for evenings and weekends.

Bi-weekly accrual of PTO. No separation for sick and vacation days. Health insurance options are adequate, I wish they would offer a co-pay plan.

Expensive for a decent plan (approximately $600.00 a month)

Pretty good medical and 401k. Nice to have the corporate discounts that come with a big corporation

Benefits are mediocre with limited choices when choosing benefits that fit your lifestyle. 401k pretty awesome.

The benefits package was great, and human resources was readily available to answer any and all questions you had about them.
