From a clinicians point of view, the education benefits are terrible. The Healthcare benefits were cost prohibitive and you were better off using Obamacare due to the ridiculously low pay. The retirement benefits were decent but no one should have to work for this company until retirement.

The benefits were amazing! They got a super contract with Anthem Blue Cross. Absolutely no complaints. The vision was VSP. Dental was meh. Vacation time was easy to accrue.

Good benefits at competitive wages. I really never used the health benefits at all but the dental was great.
