No free Amazon Prime for employees. Only a 10% Amazon.com shopping discount for employees

The items purchased for the discount had to be fulfilled by Amazon and many items that may have been desired had no such discount, but that is hardly surprising. If you saw an item on site that you liked, then you were sure it was fulfilled and could be purchased at a discount. You get to use $100 worth of discounts per year term. It should be noted that there were a number of different discount opportunities that could be explored with other companies such as but not limited to phone service providers that were pretty decent as well.

If you are not a seasonal or temporary employee but you are a part time "blue badge" associate, you get a 10% discount on amazon products with an annual limit of $100 in total savings.

10% are products actually sold by Amazon. Doesn't apply to inventory sold by third-parties regardless of whether it goes through Amazon warehouses or not.
