only 10% and think it was for items that were over a certain cost, I remember it was totally ridiculously cheap of them and laughable.

it's instant upon orientation day they tell you that you can use your discount code when purchasing something but it is only 10 percent or something like that and they sell you on idea that since you will have stock in the company, that you should buy from them. :-) hahahhahah
