Middle of the road. They are trying to catch up to stay competitive to other companies, but they are a follower in this space, and not a leader.

The best health insurance I've had in my 10+ year career so far on multiple fronts. There are more than 2 choices, the terms of the plan meets my family's needs, payroll deductions are more than reasonable, and is not overly lavish.

Health insurance gives you 5 options and have discounted rates. They don't offer every option you may desire, but they are certainly affordable and you can pick one that works for your needs.

Costing too much...would not mind paying if the salaries were higher
