A lot of options. The costs are not as competitive as expected for such a large company.

I have never had issues in terms of coverage and features with the health insurance. Pays for prescription, out of network etc. It's pretty comprehensive.

Health Insurance is provided by Blue Cross / Blue Shield. The company pays the majority of the cost and the plans are thoroughly comprehensive.

Super confusing structure. Family deductibles are different than individuals. Amazon pays the first half, which is weird because all of a sudden you start getting bills. Policies are all written in Washington even if you live out of state (ie California). They will try to get out of paying your providers. They tried to not pay my surgeon for a knee surgery. It's really really bad. I expected nothing less though as a "frugal" company.
