The WFH option allows employees to avoiding losing time and energy commuting, and provides the flexibility to provide care for household members. There is no WFH benefit to help cover your Internet costs or home office setup.

The ability to work from home is great, but there are not many projects or hours available.

Working from home was a critical for me as I had teams across the globe

i like that it was a WFH job. i like that it was flexible and I could work whenever I wanted. I hate that I had to only work 4 hours a day.

It doesn't require you to be on the phone or talk to people at all. You have to have your own equipment. Each project has their own exams and vary in length. "Studying" for exams are unpaid and can take a few hours or more. Can be repetitive at times but not too difficult of work.
