working from home was great, but you are required to complete a minimum number per month.

Best is being able to WFH with a flexible schedule, however that comes with no PTO and no family leave so if you are sick or have a child you have to continue working or you don't get paid. There is also no comminution with your supervisors working remotely with this company. Most people don't even know the name of their boss much less have ever seen their face. We have no direct contact information for anyone.

All the crowd workers work from home so this one is a given.
