Good benefits but company quit contributing to 401k

Ascent also boasts that all the employees are eligible for bonuses. But they haven’t paid bonuses in the past 3-4 years. They gaslight us like crazy whenever we dare to complain about the lack of bonus (despite having to carry more workload than ever). C-Suite keeps telling us that bonuses aren’t guaranteed. How stupid of us to expect a fair compensation.
They also stopped 401K matching when I left.

The insurance has been greatly downgraded and is now expensive with minimal coverage. The 401k match has been suspended.

The medical insurance premiums are unusually high. Very difficult for someone with a family.
