Employees have to pay a portion for both medical and dental for the premium. The vision care is a part of the medical plan but the vision plan covers an allowance high enough for a pair of frames however almost covers none for lenses for the glass:).

Health insurance is very affordable, but there is no co-pay. You have to pay the full price until the deductible is met.
