Employees have to pay a portion for both medical and dental for the premium. The vision care is a part of the medical plan but the vision plan covers an allowance high enough for a pair of frames however almost covers none for lenses for the glass:).

Health Insurance is affordable, but FMLA is a pain to get set up if you need it.

The multiple plans to choose from

On the PPO I have a lot of options to choose from in terms of doctors for primary care. I do have trouble sometimes, understanding their EOBs.
