Company matching is performed in January of the following year of employment. CSC releases employees in a RIF process that occurs in Nov/Dec time frame. Helps them avoid paying commissions for the final quarter worked and matching the employee contribution to 401K plan.

They have good plans with matching 401k plan. Easy to use portal and tools to assist in planning.

It is a good plan but I decided not to enroll in it because I was only an intern.
