401K Plan

My last year at CSC they changed the 401(k) so that if you only got the 401(k) match at the end of the year, and then only if you stayed at the company for the entire year. This really upset me, since I was planning on leaving the company during that year.

Nothing great but not terrible.

Match the last day of the year, retroactively for the full year. It isn't progressive so hopefully if you plan on leaving, you do it in January.

No pay period match, only annual

matching is only done once a year

The fees are low, so more of your money is invested.

The investment options are limited and employer match is average at best

Basic with 6% match, but you are not eligible until you have worked here for 1 year.

It's only ok. very, very low match on 401k as compared to other billion dollar companies.
