I did not opt into this plan. I do not see any options in this plan. They decide at random points to increase the portion of my paycheck that goes into this. I have no control and visibility over my 401k. Once a year I find out how much money I lost on my investments. A steady 10% loss. Woo-hoo.

401k was through Hewitt. It barely went up in a time when stock market is growing. Obviously they are just taking the monies and not giving you the growth you deserve which to me is so wrong.
