"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

Benefits are high; employees don't get rewarded for staying with the company and you have to work the major holidays unless u take off most companies give it to you free! Also mandatory overtime sucks
