"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

At least you get your benefits after 60 days of working there depending on your client the hard part is maintaining your employment there so that you can maintain those benefits

The best thing is the amount of vacation you get. Over three weeks per year for your first year. Worst part is they only match 2% and it is a 3 year invested minimum to receive it.

They offer every kind of benefit you would need. They have medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, 401k, paid time off. It is, however, expensive. Not a great option, but better than nothing.
