Health insurance is ok, I feel as most heath insurance now days being poor. 401k up to a 6% match depending on how the company did the previous year. Vacation time is ok, only down side is the vacation pay being less that your production pay as a route tech. I feel as if vacation pay should be a rolling average of your last few production hourly rate.
Standard benefits across the board. Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan (average cost compared to other companies I’ve been with), 5% 401K match, paid time off and sick leave, President’s Club for service and sales employees used to get a week-long cruise. Not sure if it has come back yet post-Covid. Not all employees are eligible so check during interview. Also get a discount on home services.
