Cooks Pest Control benefits

Medical & Vision coverage is among the best I've had. Coming previously from working in the insurance field, the insurance package is better than what I had while working in insurance. Vacation time is almost impossible to take due to "no help" to cover route if time off is taken. I've been with Cook's over 2 yrs and have never taken more than 1 day off at a time. Your given sick days separate from vacation days. Sick days do roll over but not vacation days. If you do take a day off, they will use up all your sick time before using vacation time.

Company matches 401k up to 50% every year. Has great trips and cruises if you win sales contest or qualify for Presidents Club.

Very inadequate and very difficult if you have young children.
