Epic's health insurance is spectacular (and relatively low cost) as long as you're IN Madison. You choose from one of three HMOs, so your options are restricted, but you can be referred out of network and have it covered if necessary. To put it in perspective, I pay roughly just under $50/month for essentially zero out-of-pocket expense at any clinician or hospital.

The healthcare provided by the insurance is great and has very little out of pocket money involved. There's a small co-pay for prescriptions. The family insurance can be pricey, $436/month, but it's worth it for the coverage provided.

Best health insurance I've ever had. About 60 bucks a month for single plan with zero copays and coinsurances.

They have a fantastic package with incredible coverage---you can pick to go to some of the best providers in the midwest at little to no cost.
