The benefits for full time internal employees are great and inclusive. Prescriptions were more affordable than any plan I'd had prior or since. Vision and Dental were included. They covered a wide variety of providers in my area.

No holiday pay, little on boarding support

80 hours of PTO the first 12 months, increases to 120 after 12 months. You get your birthday off as well

You do get health insurance, but there is absolutely no paid time off or paid holidays. Pay is survivable but not nice. If you want to get paid you must work holidays but there are several holidays where you don't even have that option.

Bare minimum, company does not help with charges. About $150 a week for dental/vision/health insurance.
