The health benefits offered by Apex are not competitive. At first you are forced to enroll in a low benefit plan not compliant with the Affordable Care Act standards. After months on the low coverage you are able to switch to a full health plan at an extremely high cost.

Awesome really really really good

All for hire. Medical literally non-existent for the first 90 days

No paid sick or vacation time. Very minimal health insurance requiring a high WEEKLY paycheck withdrawal, for next to no coverage, and high deductibles for the lowest packages.

Apex offers many benefits just to say they are offered. It doesn't mean they are affordable or even logical. The family health insurance is so astronomical, you are better off buying through the marketplace or considering a better company to work at if you have a family to support. The 401k match is something like 0.25%, so again, just a way to tick off a box that it's offered. Your retirement will suffer greatly by getting staffed through Apex.

Medical coverage for me at a great time of need was sub par.
