Best thing is high hourly contract. You don't get paid vacations. All you get is paid sick days. Also the health care benefits are lacking.

Contractor benefits packages are very limited in selection and are expensive; They do offer 100% employee funded 401k.

Retirement plan is industry standard. PTO is a joke. 5 days a year In some places and it doesn’t roll over year to year it resets to 0 after your year mark. So use it or lose it. Health, dental, and eye are all pretty good I think. Not too expensive and does what it needs to. Holiday time off sucks as well. get half of the federal holidays off. But there is an employee stock purchase plan. 15% under fair market value. Can’t sell until after a year of holding.
