Work From Home

Depends on Client . Not on IBM , so cant comment.

I get to work from home 40 hrs a week, so they are very flexible.

Lots of work from home options

IBM used to pay for more supplies from home, but continue to remove those. You only get $40 for phone, you have to pay your own ISP for internet service. IT IS GREAT not having to go into an office. NO TRAFFIC, NO ANNOYING people in the cramped, open office, IBM locations

IBM, depending upon your position, generally allows work from home. The flexible work schedule is one of the better benefits of working at IBM. This varies from position to position.

Internal projects usually means working from home.

If I needed to work from home, I was allowed to. I only used this privilege when I needed to however.

A few days a week only, but still something that saves you from taking a day off, if you need to be at home.

My department offered work from home but there were many groups which did not because the nature of their roles was different.
