Not much choices, but what it has covered an average person well enough.

The best plans are over priced and the cheaper plans have huge deductibles. There are many games to play, like have an HSA account and put your money in that account. It's money you leave there and can't use other than medical bills. So if you had a healthy year. Great, you just through away money into a locked account for the future of a rainy day.
