No flexibility with working hours. Very limited flexibility with holidays. Pension is average. Bonus is £500-1000 for 95% of employees regardless of role/experience. Long service additional holiday.

Great benefits and Private Healtcare

Amazing pension plan which is matched upto 6%, tonnes of discounts for big attractions such as Alton Towers/Merlin etc

There is a private health scheme that JCB pay in to but there is a contribution from the employee as well. Good number of days holiday but they are mainly fixed when the factory is on shutdown. There is no longer a final salary pension.

Excellent Pension Scheme and a few random discount packages. Depending on role could get overtime but seemed fairly inconsistent across the company.

Ok salary, everything else is bad

Three weeks holiday in the summer can be a real bonus for those with families in particular and allows for an extended break. The downside is that holidays are for most restricted to factory shutdowns and are therefore relatively inflexible. Car allowance is only offered to those who require a car to fulfill their day job. Reasonable bonus package for most managers.

Pension, matched up to 7%, private healthcare subsidy for person, couple or family, disability cover after enough service. Dental plan options. Staff discounts Vauxhall cars, vodaphone, B&Q, Cinema, local restaurants. Holidays mainly fixed. Xmas bonus if business is good. Forget time off / poor flexibility.

Pension plan is nice and so are health and life insurance. Car allowance is small.
