20 days plus bank holidays

This is one of the things that distinguishes Key from most other employers. You have to work for the federal government to do better.

4 weeks per year to start

same with other financial banks

4 weeks to start for a banker. this does include sick time but still it's a good chunk of time off and then their are the paid holidays. the only thing that isn't fair is when you are let go they pro-rate your time off so you don't get paid it when you are let go - only if you quit.

They offer excellent PTO, it is very hard to find other companies that offer similar time off

3 weeks PTO from day one, and anything not used rolls over to a week of Sick time

Two weeks vacation for full-timers, and lots of company (federal) holidays. Some branches are open Saturdays for a half-day, some not.

20 days for new hires. 25 days for 5+ years with the company. Plus bankers holidays.
