Unlimited time off is fantastic!

The approval process to take off was very easy and was always granted to the employees

Great vacation time starting off with additional time every 5 years of employment. No dedicated sick time though.

I had unlimited. I didn't use it so much, but it makes you feel that you control and it is nice to know that you could have had more days, but decided not to because you had responsibilities and work. But I have seen many who took more time and were totally fine.

They offer plenty of PTO

sometimes its not enough, but you can borrow some if need to
